BOOK SYNOPSIS:

The new cabinet level Homeland Security Department is in place and the assignments have been made to cover all bases. Suddenly, there is an unexplained security breach. There is a major escape at the newest and most secure federal prison. It was designed to keep terrorists away from the public. Now, due to a computer failure, no one knows how many have escaped or who is they are. This is technology that the government must keep out of terrorists’ hands.

California’s governor had fought the prison’s location from the start which resulted in a political issue. The president dispatches his 9/11 Commission’s Report created Special White House national security agent, Eric Blue, to investigate. An immediate turf war develops with the pretty local Los Angeles FBI Officer-in-Charge, Sonya Kate.

AUTHOR BIO:

The author has been a full-time freelance writer for more than twelve years and has six previous novels and one non-fiction book. This is his first techno thriller yet his former career was in the computer programming and networking business. He now writes from his small farm in the Fork Creek Valley below the Great Smoky Mountains. The farm is surrounded with horse, cattle, and dairy farms which allow him the peaceful surroundings to also write regular feature columns and magazine articles.
